Returns Policy

At Epitome Sales & Services LLC, we curate a specialized selection of hobby and collectible goods. Please do reach out if you have encountered any issues. While we strive to rectify any inconvenience and find optimal solutions for our clients, the integrity of our inventory requires that all returns strictly adhere to the following protocol.

1. Pre-Authorization Protocol

Return requests must be formally initiated by the customer through our Contact Us form. Authorization is a mandatory requirement that must be secured in writing before utilizing any return shipping labels or dispatching merchandise.

LEGAL NOTICE: Failure to secure written authorization prior to the use of a return label or dispatch may result in processing delays, administrative surcharges, or summary rejection. Items returned without authorization may be irrevocably disposed of at the Company’s sole discretion. In such events, the customer assumes all risk of loss of property and shall be held liable for all associated disposal costs and transit expenses.

2. Final Sale Exclusions

Due to the immediate diminution in market value upon the breach of factory packaging, the following items are strictly Final Sale and ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Blind Boxes & Mystery Packages Any randomized product where the internal contents have been identified or the exterior seal has been breached.
Tampered Merchandise Items where original factory shrink-wrap, seals, or adhesive tapes have been removed, broken, or manipulated.
Damaged Packaging Merchandise where the original retail packaging has been dented, creased, or torn by the customer.
As-Is / Clearance Any items designated as "As-Is" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. Eligible Returns

Merchandise not covered under Section 2 must be returned in MINT and UNOPENED condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returns upon arrival. Non-compliant items will be processed as unauthorized returns per the terms in Section 1. A restocking fee of up to 18% may apply to offset incurred costs; this fee will be disclosed prior to the issuance of a return authorization.

4. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be adjudicated within the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County, California.
